We wish to reassure our customers that we have the knowledge, experience and resources to provide specialized cleaning and sanitization services to ensure that your home is clean and safe for inhabitants, and offices are ready for employees returning to work. We have a variety of services to choose from deep cleaning to sanitization as well as daily cleans and disinfection. Our cleaning ladies are tested for coronavirus with the first symptoms of cold or flu, to reduce the risk of passing the infection to others, especially to old and vulnerable people in care homes.
Cleaners and Tradesmen
Reliable, honest and professional cleaners, you can trust, will make your home look clean and spotless again. Our expert tradesmen including carpenters, plumbers, Gas Safe registered engineers, electricians and fitters will do their best to solve maintenance problems at your home. No job is too small – from hanging a picture to fitting out your new bathroom. Before any work, we are happy to provide you with a free quotation. Our work completed in your home is guaranteed for one year. References are available upon request.
Client’s Home Security
The safety and security of your home are essential to us. Everyone, whether it is a cleaner or a tradesperson, is thoroughly vetted by us when joining Cleaneasy Domestic Help Agency. Further to Government guidelines concerning work in nursing homes, schools and care homes, many of our cleaners and tradespeople have been DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked.
Insurance
We bring you the peace of mind of knowing that both our cleaners and handymen are fully insured. We have a comprehensive public and employers’ liability cover as well as an accidental damage insurance policy. Our public liability cover has £5m indemnity limit per any one claim and employers liability cover - £10m. Copies of our insurance policies are available upon request.
Training
Cleaneasy continuously invests in the training of both cleaners and tradespeople. They are encouraged to participate in our in-house training schemes and products familiarization sessions. We also encourage them to take external NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) and City Guild courses.
Should anyone working in Cleaneasy does not speak English well, the Management can arrange external English language courses at discounted rates. We cooperate with English language schools which provide evening and weekend courses. For those who wish to improve their communication skills, we recommend learning using Callan Method, which teaches students through an active and dynamic technique. Students do not have to wait long for the results. They would speak and understand English far better after even a three-month study.
